You can kinda get a feel for how old this place is by looking at the foliage that has sprouted from the asphalt parking lot down below.

It’s not surprising how peaceful it is to look on the city from such a distance, especially when most of the normal people in the city are asleep and those that are awake are muffled by a thick fog.
